Where can I access the courses?
- Android Users: Download the M3 Academy Android App from Playstore You can also download PDFs and classes for offline use within the app.
- iOS Users: Download Our iOS app App Store and all courses are available on the Android app can be accessed directly via the M3 Academy website, including quizzes, tests, videos, PDFs, etc.
Can I watch live sessions later?
Yes, the recordings of live sessions are available for later viewing on both the app and the website.
Can I share or print PDFs?
No, PDFs can only be viewed within the app or website. They cannot be shared or printed. However, you can download them for offline access in the app.
How will I know about live classes or tests?
- You will receive push notifications on both the app and the website.

In which language are the courses available?
Courses are available in English and some in a Hindi-English mix language.
How can I review solutions for live tests?
- After attempting a test, go to the course under the Live Test heading.
- Click on the Report Section and scroll to view the detailed question-wise solutions. Select “Show” to review each MCQ in detail.
Can I purchase memberships in the app? Who are they for?
- Membership options in the app are available exclusively for NEET PG, INICET, and FMGE exam preparation courses.
- These memberships include access to all 19 subjects and related content.
- For other exams, like medical officer or other competitive exams, users must purchase individual courses or exam-specific packages from the Courses section in the app or website.
Are subscriptions refundable or transferable?
No, subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each subscription is valid for use by only one person on a single ID at a time.
Can I take screenshots or record content?
No, taking screenshots or recording content is strictly prohibited. If any such attempt is detected, your subscription will be permanently removed without refund.
What happens to the subscription if the exam is postponed?
Your subscription is valid for the duration mentioned in your purchase invoice. If your exam is postponed beyond the subscription validity period, you will need to renew your subscription.
